<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which secures high reliability on the trouble of a network by securing the real time nature of control information even if media information is transmitted at the same time, in the mobile network of a rolling stock. <P>SOLUTION: An NCP11 in the first system is connected to a trunk transmission path 1N in the first system via a switching hub 12 in the first system. It is connected to an equipment controller 15 in the first system, an equipment controller 25 in the second system, and a switching hub 22 in the second system via a control information transmitter 13 in the first system. It is connected to information equipment 16 in the first system via a media information transmitter 14 in the first system. The second system is the same. A switching hub 2 transmits control information preferentially when it receives the control information and the media information. A control information transmitter 3 receives data from two trunk transmission paths N, and transmits the data from the same system as a local station to an equipment controller 5.
