FIELD: nuclear power, possible use for welding covers with plugs during pressurization of heat-emitting elements. ^ SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, the end of cover is calibrated for welding. Cover with plug are assembled and welding is conducted in accordance with given schedule in welding plant device which limits heat input. Welding is conducted with ensured structural changes in cover in its calibration zone. Simultaneously with finalization of welded seam, cover in calibration zone is clamped to the surface of mounting position of plug by means of device for limiting heat input. The end of aforementioned device is positioned at distance of 0,8-2,5 of welded seam width from conjunction. ^ EFFECT: increased structural hardness of welded connection. ^ 2 dwg, 1 ex |
