FIELD: extrusion processing of raw food material using extruded food product lines. ^ SUBSTANCE: extruder has cylindrical casing with charging branch pipe and die, variable-diameter screw, and drive. Charging branch pipe is adapted for movement along extruder casing by means of guides made in the form of thrust plate rigidly attached to lower part of extruder casing. Elongated opening is provided in upper part of cylindrical casing. Guides of charging branch pipe move within cuts formed in side walls of elongated opening, said movement being provided by means of stem pivotally attached to upper cylindrical part of branch pipe. Stem is secured on thrust plate through threaded connection. Extruder of such construction allows quality of ready product to be improved owing to regulated depth of physicochemical changes occurring in product during hot extrusion process and due to changes in duration of process. ^ EFFECT: wider range of delivered products by wider operational capabilities of extruder. ^ 2 dwg |
