A muffler device for a vehicle is provided to reduce an amount of smoke and a discharging of an exhaust gas, and to be used regardless of engine powers according to a kind of the vehicle. A muffler device for a vehicle includes a housing(10), a housing cap(16), an inducing device(20), a rotating shaft(28), a first bearing(30), a bracket(32), a rotating device(36), a dividing device(42), a second bearing(50), a rotating shaft supporter(52), a first metal net(58), a second metal net(60), a third metal net(62), an inducing plate(64), a rotating tank(66), an electrostatic generator(68), an electrostatic inducing device(70), and a catalyst device(76). The first metal net is coupled along the inner periphery of the housing and has a porous property to pass the exhaust gas through the dividing device. The second metal net is coupled along the inner periphery to pass the exhaust gas through the first metal net. The third metal net is connected along the inner periphery of the housing by being adjacent to the second metal net and has a porous property to pass the exhaust gas through the second metal net.
