SPOUT ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PACKAGING BAG PROVIDED WITH SPOUT ASSEMBLY

A spout assembly for a packaging bag is constructed, for the purpose of effectively improving an oxidization preventing effect to an inner content and surely discharging the inner content at a desired amount, such that the spout assembly 1 mounted to the bag body includes a spool 20 to move along the axial direction of the spout assembly 1 and an urging member 11 having an outer peripheral surface fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the spout assembly 1 and adapted to urge the spool 20 toward the bag body side, and the spout assembly 1 houses therein a check valve 10 which allows the inner content to flow only from the bag body side toward the mouth portion 6 side. The urging member 11 is formed with a seat surface 19 for the spool 20 urged by the urging member 11 to abut against the seat surface, the urging member 11 presses the spool 20 against the seat surface 19 to shut off the flowing of the inner content inside the spout assembly, and when an inner pressure of the bag body or a suction force of the mouth portion side reaches a predetermined value, the spool 20 is separated from the seat surface 19 against the urging force of the urging member 11.
