FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: dryer contents heat-ventilation section, frame, sloping dryer section mounted on frame, which have the same width between separated them partitions, deaerating channel with lateral withdrawal, dispatch conveyor mounted under dryer emptying funnel and load device mounted by its exhaust branch with shutter above dryer comb translatable along it by track. Every of dryer section is formed by drying and under-drying chambers, height separated from each other by sloping perforated sieve. Load device is comprised as bunker volume of which is equal to volume as minimum one drying chamber, and length of its outlet pipe in the line of dryer comb is equal section width by internal space of its drying chamber or less of it for quantity of side clearances. It allows fully loading of drying chamber of dryer sections at once along the full width by layer of the same thickness additional floating free. At that load device doesn't injure the material. ^ EFFECT: increasing of material drying floating and reducing of operating costs. ^ 2 dwg |
