An exhaustion stay structure is provided to prevent deformation of a stay due to bending moment by parallelly installing the stay between an exhaustion system and a cylinder block. An exhaustion stay structure includes a cylinder block. The cylinder block has a boss part(10) having a fastening hole(12). A first fastening part(22) has a first stay hole(22a) and is hinged to a mounting part(6). The first fastening part is installed to surround both sides of a fastening hole formed at the boss. A stay part(20) includes a second fastening part(24) having a second stay hole(24a) formed at its end hinged to a coupling hole formed at an exhaustion system. The mounting member is fastened by a bolt, a nut, or a connection pin. The second fastening part extending from the first fastening part is rounded to be installed at the exhaustion system.
