A car audio device with a rotary front panel is provided to design a front panel as two kinds by composing operating parts of a car audio system in a front and a rear of the front panel. Hinge brackets(120) are formed at both sides of a front of a car audio body(100). Hinge shafts(130) combined to the hinge brackets(120) are formed at both sides of a rotatable front panel(200), and operating parts of a car audio system are formed in a front and a rear of the rotatable front panel(200). An ejection-type sliding bar is attached to the hinge brackets(120). A guide bar guides the sliding bar.
