A water supply system of an open-air water flow pool with tourmaline is provided to increase economical efficiency by supplying hot water continuously to a water flow pool and obtaining water at constant temperature by making the exchange of waste heat using charcoal kilns without using any additional heat source. The water supply system of an open-air water flow pool(20) with tourmaline contains plural charcoal kilns(100,100a) generating waste heat continuously to supply hot water to a water flow pool, and an inside space formed on the bottom of the water flow pool and filled up with tourmaline ores not to be stepped by users and to make direct contact with flowing water to activate water. Hereon, each inlet(11,11a) connected to spiral pipelines(10,10a) laid in the internal walls of the charcoal kilns diverges from a branch pipe(13) attached with valves(12,12a) to regulate the incoming water of the inlet, and a temperature sensor(30) attached to an outlet varies the velocity of the incoming water with the sensed temperature and to prevent the evaporation of water against the high temperature of charcoal kilns.
