A developing apparatus is provided to prevent poor supply of toner, thereby minimizing the difference in concentration of toner and improving the picture quality of a display device, by using friction heat generated between a regulation blade and a developing roller rotatively installed within a developing room. A toner storage unit(100) stores toner. A first stirrer(120) is rotatively installed within the toner storage unit(100). A developing room(210) communicates with the toner storage unit(100). A supply roller(220) and a developing roller(230) are rotatively installed within one side of the developing room(210). A regulation blade(250) is friction-contacted with one side surface of the developing roller(230). A second stirrer(260) rotates and reciprocates within a space adjacent to the regulation blade(250) and the developing roller(230) in the developing room(210).
