A bracket for a surveillance camera is provided to realize a good-looking appearance by concealing joining bolts for the bracket with a cap such that the joining bolts are not exposed to the outside. A surveillance camera(110) is composed of an image pickup element(112) for photographing an object and transmitting the photographed image to a base station, and a housing member(114) and a transparent case(116) for enclosing the image pickup element to protect the image pickup element. An arm is fixed to one end of the housing member. A cap(130) is formed on the other end of the arm. A socket(210) is inserted into the cap, and joined to the arm. Fixing elements(220) are symmetrically formed at both sides of the socket. The fixing elements are transformable such that the fixing elements are grounded to a structure where the surveillance camera is installed.
