Organic metal compounds, organic electroluminescence devices by using the same compounds and a preparation method of the same devices are provided to improve luminescence properties and solubility of the metal compounds by increasing molecular weight through connection of host compounds to dopant compounds, so that luminescence efficiency, brilliance, color purity and half-life of the organic electroluminescence device are improved. The organic metal compounds represented by the formula(1), in which the host compounds are connected to the dopant compounds, wherein X is X1, X2 or X3; R1 to R19 are each independently hydrogen, cyano group, hydroxy group, thiol group, halogen atom, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C30 alkoxy group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C30 alkenyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryl group, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 arylalkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryloxy group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C30 heteroaryl group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C30 heteroarylalkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C30 heteroaryloxy group, substituted or unsubstituted C5-C30 cycloalkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C30 heterocycloalkyl group, -Si(R')(R'')(R''') group or -N(R')(R'') group; M is Ir, Os, Pt, Pb, Re or Ru; and m is 3, n is 1 or 2, a, b and c are each independently an integer from 1 to 3, and L is acetylacetonate or picolinate. The organic electroluminescence device contains the organic metal compound represented by the formula(1) between a pair of electrodes.
