<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a fuel cell maintaining the starting property of the fuel cell well. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell 2 loaded on a car 1, a starting means 5 and a shutdown means of the fuel cell 2 which can be operated manually, a means 8 to inhibit energizing stop of the fuel cell 2 until the temperature of the fuel cell 2 exceeds a specified value when the fuel cell 2 is started in a sub zero temperature, and purge means 4a and 4b are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
