A method for processing user login is provided to perform a safe login procedure by making a client log in a website, and store an avatar or game items with a smart card, and preventing forgery, alteration, and duplication of an ID/password with a serial number of a smart card chip. A client system reads the serial number or a unique ID stored in an IC chip of the IC card, and transmits the read serial number or unique ID(215). An authenticator authenticates the client by comparing the received serial number or unique ID with the serial number or the unique ID stored in a database(220). If the client is normally logged in depending on an authentication result, an information transmitter transmits login records of the client to a mobile terminal of the client(240).
