A skate board for riding with swing and rotating motions of both footholds is provided to enable a user to perform various techniques by having a small radius of rotation and changing directions easily. The skateboard includes first and second connection units and first and second elastic returning unit. The first and second connection units include a front foothold(20), a rear foothold(30) and a connection plate(40) disposed in the middle of the front and rear footholds(20,30). Propelling wheels(21,31) are installed on the bottom of the front and rear footholds(20,30). On the bottom of the connection plate(40), a couple of steering wheels(41,42) are installed to do rotary motion and change directions. The first and second elastic returning units return the rotary motion of the front and rear footholds to their original positions.
