The tread profile has raised profile elements (11-14) in the radial direction of the vehicle tire with a flat region in the radially outwardly facing surface of the profile element with several adjacent profile element sections separated by a fine lattice system of incisions with straight parallel fine incisions (23,25) and connecting fine incisions (24,26) primarily in the peripheral direction pf the tire.
