A car audio device including a wireless Internet phone is provided to perform a function of the wireless Internet phone by composing a wireless Internet module. A microphone(4) receives a voice signal. A wireless Internet module(12) connects with the wireless Internet and transmits and receives data. A microcomputer(2) converts the voice signal inputted through the microphone(4) into transmission data, and transmits the transmission data through the wireless Internet module(12). The microcomputer(2) converts data received through the wireless Internet module(12) into a voice signal, and outputs the voice signal. A function selecting unit(6) receives and outputs the voice signal outputted from the microcomputer(2). A power amplifying unit(7) amplifies the audio signal outputted from the function selecting unit(6). Speakers(8,14) output the audio signal amplified in the power amplifying unit(7) as an audible frequency band.
