An apparatus for maintaining a full charged state of a battery is provided to remove inconvenience of reconnecting the battery for fully charging after separating the battery by maintaining the full charged state of the battery in connecting a charger and the battery. An apparatus for maintaining a full charged state of a battery(21) includes a battery AD converting unit(23), a micro processor unit(24), and a switch unit(25). The battery AD converting unit(23) detects a size of voltage charged at an inner cell of the battery(21), and digitalizes a voltage value. The micro processor unit(24) compares the voltage value digitalized at the battery AD converting unit(23) with the voltage value of the full charged state, and controls on/off operations according to a comparison result. The switch unit(25) turns on and off a battery identifier channel connected to a charger(22) according to the off/on control of the micro processor unit(24).
