FIELD: liquid filling and emptying equipment used for filling of mobile reservoirs such as railway cars and truck tanks with petroleum products, liquefied gases and other process fluids. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has product feeding pipeline defined by filling branch pipe links pivotally connected with one another so as to provide their movement in horizontal and vertical planes, and gas leveling pipeline. Horizontal movement links are connected with one another through pivot joints with vertical hinge. Vertical movement links are connected with one another through pivot joints with horizontal hinge. Gas leveling pipeline is defined by vertical movement links and horizontal movement links connected to gas discharge pipeline and to one another through pivot joints with vertical hinge. In feeding pipeline and gas leveling pipeline, terminating horizontal movement link is connected to pivot joint with vertical hinge. Vertical movement links are connected with terminating horizontal movement link and with one another through pivot joints having horizontal hinge. ^ EFFECT: increased range of movement of filling branch pipes and gas leveling pipeline branch pipe and provision for changing orientation of these branch pipes according to arrangement of connection flanges of reservoir locking fittings. ^ 4 cl, 5 dwg |
