FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, multiple-function precise penetration hitched overall tillage cultivators. ^ SUBSTANCE: cultivator has frame 1 and drive part mounted on frame 1 and equipped with rotating support resting upon ground. Rotating support is made in the form of front supporting roller 2 and two rear supporting rollers 3, with rear supporting rollers 3 having smaller diameter in comparison with front supporting roller 2. Shafts of front supporting roller 2 are mounted within bearings whose casings 4 are fixed to frame 1 through threaded tines 5 with nuts. Rear supporting rollers 3 have four sections each including two ring rollers connected with one another through bars 6, which are secured through pivot joint 7 to tines 8 mounted on movable beam 9. Bar stroke limiting devices for limiting stroke of bars 6 are disposed in upper part of movable beam 9 which is connected with horizontal beams 11 of frame 1 through pivotal tie-rod. Tines 12 with A-shaped cutting hoes 13 are rigidly fixed on beams. Hoes are positioned between front and rear supporting rollers 2, 3. Depth adjustment mechanism is made in the form of two front and two rear threaded tines 5, 10 with nuts and is adapted for changing distance between frame 1 and supporting rollers 2, 3. Supporting legs are positioned along edges of cultivator. Hopper 14 having dosing mechanism 15 and grain chute is mounted on vertical members of frame 1 and corner 16 of hitch is disposed on transverse member of frame 1, said hitch being designed for hitching to draft vehicle. ^ EFFECT: precise penetration, enhanced reliability in operation, increased efficiency, simplified construction and wider operational capabilities of cultivator. ^ 1 dwg |
