摘要 A driving circuit and an organic electro-luminescence display using the same are provided to output stable gradation voltages by suppressing voltage drop due to an analog switch and thus increasing the linearity of the gradation voltages. In an organic electro-luminescence display, there is provided a data driving unit having first to fourth switches and resistors(ra,rb) for generating gradation voltages on the basis of first and second reference voltages. The first switch(Swa) selects the first reference voltage corresponding to a data signal and the second switch(Swb) selects the second reference voltage corresponding to the data signal. The third switch(Swc) selects one of the resistors and transfers the first and second reference voltages to the selected resistor. The fourth switch(Swd) outputs the gradation voltages generated at the resistor in correspondence to the data signal.
