<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell, of which an amount of power generation per single cell can be improved, manufacturing are easy, reliability can be improved, and moreover the stack volume per the amount of predetermined power generation can be made small, a cell stack, and a fuel battery. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel battery cell is constituted by providing a solid electrolyte 37 and a oxygen side electrode 39 one by one on a surface of a fuel side electrode 35 which consists of a three-dimensional network structure body, and it is desirable that the fuel battery cell may have a flat shape. Moreover, the fuel battery cell is constituted that the ring-shape solid electrolyte 37 is formed on the external surface of the fuel side electrode 35 so that this fuel side electrode 35 may be surrounded, and the ring-shape oxygen side electrode 39 is formed on the external surface of this solid electrolyte 37 so that this solid electrolyte 37 may be surrounded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
