PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small plug-in electronic control unit. SOLUTION: A plug-in electronic control unit (U) includes a wiring board 1, a plurality of electronic components 2 mounted on one side of the wiring board 1 in a wireless bonding method and a plug member 3 mounted on the other side of the wiring board 1 with the application of the wire-bonding method. In this laminated structure, planar expansion of the unit (U) can be restrained, and by using the wire-bonding method, expansion in laminated direction of the unit (U) can be restrained. |
