<p>The invention concerns a device for brazing a plurality of electrical connections, wherein the contact elements (15, 16) must be brazed with connecting surfaces by brazing (6, 7, 8) arranged on a non-metallic glass pane (1), which consists in using a brazing tool (13) to emit a magnetic field in the direction of brazing points so as to heat same by induction, dimensioning according to the invention the size and the shape of the brazing tool (13) depending on the surface whereon are located several brazing points which must be simultaneously heated during a brazing process. Simultaneously, it consists in adapting the frequency of the alternating voltage applied to the loop or coil to the shape of the connection, and in setting same at a maximum of 150 kHz, thereby obtaining, for a high working speed, a much better heating of the parts to be brazed, since the low-frequency field lines have a greater penetrating depth into the elements. The invention also concerns a device particularly a dapted to implement the method.</p> |
