A plasma display apparatus is provided to perform easily a mending process and reduce a manufacturing cost by combining a plasma display panel with frames by using a combination unit. One or more holes are formed in a plasma display panel. A frame(203) is disposed on a rear surface of the plasma display panel. A combination unit(206) combines the plasma display panel with the frame through the hole. A non-contact type heat-conducting sheet(205) is formed between the plasma display panel and the frame. The non-contact type heat-conducting sheet has the frictional force to be attached closely to the plasma display panel and the frame.
