A water bottle having a handle is provided to absorb an error range by elastically deforming an elastic member between a hold ring and the water bottle shrunken after molding. The water bottle having a handle(40) is composed of a water bottle body(10) formed like a cylinder and provided with a holding iron part(12) formed along the outer peripheral surface; a hold ring(30) having a cut part(31) for detachably covering the holding iron part of the water bottle body; the handle joined through a combining unit with fastening the hold ring so as to fix the hold ring to the holding iron part; and at least one elastic member(50) interposed between the hold ring and the holding iron part and elastically contracted by the fastening external force of the handle.
