A height adjustment structure of a display apparatus is provided to enable a consumer to easily adjust the height of the display apparatus with a large screen by driving a motor moving the location of a screen part to up and down directions. A stand(21) is placed on the ground. One or more insertion bars(22) are protruded from the stand toward an upper direction. Insertion grooves(24) into which the insertion bars are inserted are formed on a lower surface of a screen part(23). An adjustment motor(25) is fixed to the screen part. An adjustment bar(26) is connected to the adjustment motor, extended to a lower direction and rotated by the adjustment motor. When the adjustment bar is rotated, a spiral outer surface(27) is protruded from an outer surface of the adjustment bar and wound. Two or more support bars(28) are formed on the stand toward an upper direction, wherein a plurality of circular grooves(29) with an interval corresponding to a pitch of the spiral outer surface are formed on the support bars so that the adjustment bar is engaged into the support bars. A control part controls the adjustment motor.
