A power generator using a constant power brushless DC motor is provided to implement a motor to output high power at a low voltage by winding stators classified by phases and poles in parallel. A power generator using a constant power brushless DC motor includes a rotor(120), a rectifying encoder(130), a sensor plate(133), and a stator. The rotor(120) is formed by stacking plates having a plurality of air gaps. A plurality of bar type permanent magnets is installed to penetrate the stacked plates. The rectifying encoder(130) forms a gap of a detection region to be detected by a-optical sensors so that a(1<a<=n-1) phases among n-phases are excited according to the gap of the detection region. An axial angle of the detection region is determined by a first equation. The number of detection regions of the encoder(130) is determined by a half of the number of poles of the rotor(120). An installation interval of the sensor plate(133) is determined by a second equation. The a-phases among the n-phases are excited and the b-phases are not excited. An interference prevention groove is formed between holes for winding.
