A coating gloves for work and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and to decrease environmental pollution by reducing the content of latex in coating solution forming a coating layer and adding glutinous rice glue. The method for manufacturing coating gloves(100) for work comprises the steps of: weaving the gloves by using cotton yarns or mixed yarns using the cotton yarns and polyester yarns together; making coating solution; and forming a coating layer(1) by fitting the woven gloves into a mold, dipping the gloves in the coating solution, and then drying the gloves. The coating solution is prepared by mixing rice latex and additives at the ratio of 1:1. The rice latex consists of latex of 30~70wt.% and glutinous rice glue of 70~30wt.%. The additive is produced by mixing an accelerating agent, a stabilizing agent, a dispersing agent, zinc oxide, sulfur, and bicarbonate.
