A pharmaceutical composition containing stabilized coenzyme Q10, multivitamins and minerals is provided to improve physicochemical stability of the composition and maintain the content and titer of the coenzyme Q10 and minerals for a long period of time by separately tableting them and coating the tablet composition with a moistureproof material. The pharmaceutical composition contains a first granule layer containing coenzyme Q10 and multivitamins, and a second layer containing minerals which are separated, wherein the composition further contains a film-coating layer; the mineral is calcium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, potassium, selenium, sulfur or zinc; and the film-coating material is polyvinylalcohol(PVA), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMC), phthalic acid hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMCP) or metacrylic acid dimethylaminoethyl/metacrylic acid methyl copolymer(Eudragit E).
