The said industrial design consists of the features of shape, configuration and ornamentation of a cable clamp device having a pair of generally identical aligned outer members which are situated facing each other but rotated through 180º and a pair of adjacent generally identical inner members which are situated facing each other but rotated through 180º; each outer member has a collar portion and a fan-like portion which has a curved outer edge in plan view; the fan-like portion has an elongated U-shaped opening therein which merges into the open inside area of the collar portion; the fan-like portion curves outwardly from the collar portion and then curves downwardly to an outer edge which is straight in elevation view and curved in plan view; the fan-like portion has a series of generally radially extending and generally identical spaced-apart slots therein having parallel side edges and rounded ends; each adjacent inner member has an annular collar portion which merges into a fan-like portion and into a rear portion which is opposite the fan-like portion; the rear portion has rounded outer edges and a clip portion which extends upwardly and inwards from the upper surface thereof; the clip portion has a wide rounded M-like shape in side view; the fan-like portion extends outwards from the annular collar portion and has a slightly wavy surface which merges into an outer edge area which curves slightly downwards; the fan-like portion has a series of generally radially extending and generally identical spaced-apart slots therein having parallel side edges and rounded ends.
