A vibrating apparatus for a mobile communication terminal and the mobile communication terminal including the same are provided to have low consumption power and high durability and to make it possible to adjust the strength of vibration. A vibrating apparatus for a mobile communication terminal comprises the first base plate(210), the second base plate(220), vibration members(230) and piezoelectric ceramics(240). The second base plate(220) is arranged such that it is a certain distance from the first base plate(210). The vibration members(230), more than three, connect the first base plate(210) to the second base plate(220). The piezoelectric ceramics(240) are attached to the vibration members(230). Each vibration member is equidistantly arranged around the first base plate(210) and the second base plate(220). One end of the each vibration member is attached to one face of the first base plate(210) and one face of the second base plate(220).
