A hose clamp is provided to surely prevent a separation of a clamp, a leakage of gas or liquid, and separation of a hose and the clamp by accurately locating the clamp on a right joint part of the hose and a pipe. A hose clamp includes two clips, a stopper(2), a holder(3). The stopper is formed as an 'L'-type and includes an insertion unit(2a) and a stopper sill(2b). The insertion unit is inserted between the two clips. The stopper sill is folded in one body with the insertion unit and is circular type. Concave grooves are formed on insides of the clips respectively. The insertion unit is inserted in the concave grooves and the holder embraces a joint part of the two clips.
