A heel stopper for a vehicle is provided to remove an additional assembling process and components and to minimize the cost by forming a heel stopper integrally with a dash panel when shaping a dash panel, and to support the driver's feet effectively at a collision by enhancing the stiffness of a dash panel. Disclosed is a heel stopper(1) for a vehicle formed to be unified with one side of a dash panel(3) by a press forming process. The heel stopper unified with the dash panel includes a horizontal plane(5) and an incline plane(7) supporting the heel portion of a driver.
