A composition for improving the hair is provided to protect the hair from outer hair damage factor, remove dandruff, moisturize the hair, induce and promote hair production, and reduce side effects during long-term application. The composition for improving the hair comprises tocopheryl acetate, stearyltrimethylammonium chloride, isonynyl isonanonate, other additives, 0.2 wt.% or more of red ginseng extract, 0.40 wt.% or more of green perilla extract, and 0.50 wt.% or more of Inonotus Obliquus extract, wherein the composition further comprises 0.10 wt.% or more of ginger extract, 0.20 wt.% or more of onion extract and 0.05 wt.% of red pepper extract; and the composition further comprises at least one material selected from methyl paraben, propyl paraben, isopropyl alcohol, hydrogenated palm oil, 2-hexyldecanol, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, glyceryl oleate, behentrimonium chloride, propylene glycol, hydroxyethyl urea, purified water and denatured perfume.
