A sheet for a bed is provided to prevent a slip on a mattress by applying an anti-slip agent on it and to express beautiful patterns and shapes by forming irregular embossed parts. The sheet for a bed is produced by stacking a decorative cover(11) on a lower cover(15) having the bottom surface coated with an anti-slip agent(16), with interposing a cushion member between the decorative cover and the lower cover. The decorative cover has a triple structure formed by stacking an upper cushion(11c) between upper and lower cover sheets(11a,11b). An outline sewing line(12b) is formed on the decorative cover. An embossed part(12a) is formed by protruding the inside of the outline sewing line by the upper cushion. A low decorative part(12c) lower than the embossed part is formed at the outside of the outline sewing line by densely sewing quilted lines(13).
