A prefabricated safety scaffold is provided to carry, install and dismantle easily by manufacturing a scaffold in the prefabricated type and installing wheels to a lowermost vertical support of a scaffold, to increase workability by regulating the height of a scaffold according to working environment and to prevent an accidental fall by installing a fall prevention fence on an uppermost vertical support of a scaffold. The safety scaffold unit comprises a rectangular scaffold(1) composed of a steel plate provided with irregularities or a thin rubber plate to prevent slipping and many holes or drain holes to discharge water or oil, plural vertical supports coupled to the scaffold surface and provided with a cross-shaped projection and a cross-shaped groove, a lower horizontal support installed between vertical supports to be parallel with the rectangular scaffold, and a diagonal support installed on the central vertical support of the rectangular scaffold to disperse the load applied on the rectangular scaffold. The prefabricated safety scaffold is completed by assembling safety scaffold units in layers by connecting an upper cross-shaped projection of one vertical support of the safety scaffold unit to a lower cross-shaped projection of another vertical support, connecting a prefabricated fall prevention fence(12) on the upper cross-shaped projection of the uppermost vertical support and coupling detachable wheels(15) to a cross-shaped groove of the lowermost vertical support(18).
