A method of producing a health drink by mixing herbal extract containing Gastrodiae Root, Acorus Root, Zizyphus Seed, Salvia Root and Juglans regia, lecithin and pectin is provided. The drink improves a brain function, assists in maintaining good health, enhances metabolism of human body and enhances recovery from fatigue. First, 13% by weight of Gastrodiae Root, 11% by weight of Acorus Root, 10% by weight of Salvia Root, 10% by weight of Zizyphus Seed and 3% by weight of Licorice Root are dried at 100deg.C for 10min. Second, each of them is put into a mesh fabric bag, soaked in refined rice wine for 24hr after tying the inlet and dried. Third, Acorus Root, Salvia Root and Licorice Root are taken out of the bag and roasted at 60deg.C for 15min. Fourth, 13% by weight of Cucurbita Seed, 10% by weight of Juglans regia, 6% by weight of red ginseng and 3% by weight of Pinus koraiensis are soaked in refined rice wine for 12h and steamed at 100deg.C for 20min. Fifth, Gastrodiae Root, Zizyphus Seed, Acorus Root, Salvia Root, Licorice Root, Cucurbita Seed, Juglans regia, red ginseng and Pinus koraiensis are heated with 6% by weight of purified water at 100deg.C for 6hr in a double boiler, mixed with 3% by weight of lecithin, 3% by weight of DHA, 3% by weight of shell fermented organic calcium, 3% by weight of pectin and 3% by weight of octacosanol, heated at 100deg.C for 1hr and sterilized at 100deg.C for 10min.
