A hair cleansing composition is provided to improve hair-cleansing and foam-generating capacity, and stability according to temperature of the composition, enhance smoothness of a wet hair by supplying hair-conditioning effect to the hair, and easily form viscosity of the composition. The hair cleansing composition comprises (a) 0.5-30 wt.% of amino acid-based anionic surfactant selected from compounds represented by the formula(1a), compounds represented by the formula(1b) and a mixture thereof, (b) 0.5-30 wt.% of acyl taurate-based anionic surfactant represented by the formula(2), (c) 0.5-30 wt.% of acyl sulfo acetate-based anionic surfactant represented by the formula(3), and (d) 0.05-10 wt.% of dicarbamate represented by the formula(4), wherein R1 is C5-C20 acyl group; R2 is hydrogen or methyl group; M1 and M2 are each independently hydrogen, sodium, potassium or triethanol amine group; R3 is C8-C30 acyl group; R4 is hydrogen or C1-C3 alkyl group; M3 is alkali metal, alkali earth metal, ammonium or organic ammonium; R5 is C8-C20 alkyl group; R is C4-C22 linear alkyl group or palm oil-derived fatty acid alcohol; x is an integer from 30 to 70; and y is an integer from 5 to 20.
