An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to uniformly maintain the cell gap between an upper substrate and a lower substrate even while a pressure applied to the center portion of the upper substrate is larger than a pressure applied to the edge portion of the upper substrate during a hot press process, by forming a center post spacer to have a smaller elastic modulus than an edge post spacer. A black matrix(112) for preventing the light leakage is formed on an upper substrate(110). A lower substrate(120) faces the upper substrate. A liquid crystal layer is interposed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. A plurality of post spacers(140) maintain the cell gap between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. The post spacers include a center post spacer(141) disposed in the center portion of the upper substrate and an edge post spacer(142) disposed in the edge portion of the upper substrate. The center post spacer has a smaller elastic modulus than the edge post spacer.
