A prefabricated suspension insulator is provided to prevent permeation of moisture and strongly support an electric wire of a high voltage by fixing an arm on both ends. In a suspension insulator, an insulator wing of a choke shape is protrusively formed on an outer circumferential plane of a right end of a body. A connection ring(12) is protrusively formed from an outer circumference of a center of the body to an outer circumference of a left end of the body. An insertion ring is protrusively formed on a left end of the connection ring(12). An insertion groove into which the insertion ring is inserted, is formed on a right side of the insulator wing. A connection protrusion unit(14) having an outer screw unit is formed on a right end of the insulator wing. A connection bolt(15) is protruded inside a core rod of a center of the right end of the body. A connection groove(16) having an internal screw unit connected to the connection protrusion unit(14) is formed on a center of the left end of the body. A connection nut having an inner screw unit connected to the connection bolt(15) is laid on the core rod, and is connected to the connection bolt(15) and the connection protrusion unit(14). An insertion groove sealed by an insertion ring of the insulator body is formed on the right end of the body. The connection groove(16) having an inner screw unit of the insulator body, and a connection protrusion unit having an outer screw unit connected to the connection groove are formed on the center of the right end of the body. An insertion protrusion unit inserted into the insertion groove is formed on the left end of the body. A connection protrusion unit and a connection bolt having an outer screw unit of the insulator body are inserted into the inner screw unit(16a). A connection groove and a bolt hole having the inner screw unit(16a) are formed.
