A handle remote controller for a vehicle is provided to promote careful driving by controlling each unit of a handle controller using a track ball. The handle remote controller(200) for a vehicle contains a control unit(210) controlling the handle remote controller as a whole, a control unit selection unit(240) generating key signals accordingly by selecting one of a mirror select button and a car audio select button, a contact induction unit(230) detecting whether driver's fingers touches a track ball(230) or not, a rotation detection unit(220) detecting the rotation of the track ball, a signal output unit(255) outputting control signals for controlling one of a mirror controller(11), a navigation controller(21) and a car audio controller(31), an LED driving unit(260) driving an LED(265) installed on the lower part of each select button and a power supply unit(250) supplying necessary driving power to each unit of the handle remote controller including the control unit.
