A car window automatic regulator is provided to promote careful driving by opening and closing a window automatically by detecting the inflow of harmful gas and harmful dust from the outside of a car. The invention relates to a car window automatic regulator for opening and closing a power window automatically by detecting whether outside harmful gas or dust flows in while running, which includes a harmful gas detection unit(1) attached to the inside or the outside of a car to detect the inflow of harmful gas or harmful dust, a window open/close detection unit(2) detecting the opening and closing of a car window, an ignition-off detection unit(3) detecting the ignition-off of a car, a one-touch switch unit(4) opening and closing the whole car window with single switch operation, a microcomputer(5) connected to the one-touch switch unit and outputting control signals for opening and closing a window and alarm control signals according to the detected result, a window operation unit(6) opening and closing a car window under the control of the microcomputer, and an alarm generation unit(7) giving warning to a driver visually and acoustically under the control of the microcomputer.
