WHITENING AND ANTI-AGING COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING STEM HEARTWOOD EXTRACT OF MORUS BOMBYCIS KOIDZ

A skin-whitening and anti-aging cosmetic composition comprising the extract of stem heartwood of Morus bombycis koidz is provided to whiten the skin by inhibiting tyrosinase activity, inhibit skin aging, improve skin safety by using only the stem heartwood of Morus bombycis koidz and eliminating bark of Morus bombycis koidz that irritates the skin, and avoid growth damage of Morus bombycis koidz by using no branches. The skin-whitening and anti-aging cosmetic composition comprises 0.01-30 wt.% of the extract of stem heartwood of Morus bombycis koidz which contains 20-95 wt.% of oxyresveratrol based on the total weight of the extract of stem heartwood of Morus bombycis koidz as an effective ingredient, wherein the Morus bombycis koidz naturally grows in Jeju island.
