A spider bracket of a dome-type roof is provided to support a glass panel on a dome-type roof to a frame at the optimum state and to make construction simple by regulating the angle of a spider bracket fixed to a frame installed on the upper part of a building. The invention relates to a spider bracket of a dome-type roof for supporting a glass panel installed on a dome-type roof of a building, which includes a spider bracket(10) equipped with four arms extended in all directions, a support(20) fixed to an arm end and adsorbed on the lower part of a glass panel to support the glass panel, a frame fixture(30) holding a frame installed on the upper part of a building and coupled to the lower part of the spider bracket, and a fixed bracket(40) coupled to the upper part of a slab or an H-beam installed horizontally on the upper part of the building to support the frame.
