A bonding structure of a knob cover is provided to prevent leakage of an adhesive intervened between a cover and a main body of a knob. A bonding structure of a knob cover includes a main body(21), a cover(22), an adhesive, and a plurality of vent holes(30). The main body is formed in a cylindrical shape to be easily rotated by a user. The cover has an inner plane corresponding to a front plane of the main body for being adhered on the front plane of the main body. The adhesive is adhered on the front plane of the main body and the inner plane of the cover for coupling the main body and the cover. The plurality of vent holes are formed from the front plane of the main body to an inner plane of the main body.
