A hermetic type compressor is provided to remove the dead volume between an entrance and an exit of an outlet hole for increasing the compressing efficiency of a refrigerant. A hermetic type compressor includes a valve device. The valve device includes an inlet valve(31) and an outlet valve(41). One end of the inlet valve is installed at inside of an inlet valve plate(30) to form a fixed end. One end of the outlet valve is installed at inside of an outlet valve plate(40) to be fixed. The inlet valve rotates toward a compressing chamber to open and to close an inlet hole(21) when a moving end(31a) covers an inlet hole. The outlet valve rotates toward inside of the valve plate to open and to close an outlet hole(22) when a moving end(41a) covers an outlet hole.
