A soundproofing fence is provided to increase sound insulating effect by cutting off noise using a sound absorbing member together with a plate, and to make assemblage and installation easy and to reduce working hours and expenses by fixing a sound absorbing member to a plate in the sliding type. The soundproofing fence contains a rectangular plate(10) and a sound absorbing member attached to the rear of the plate to cut off noise. The rectangular plate is manufactured with flame retardant composite plastic materials having excellent sound absorbing capacity to absorb noise and composed of flanges(12,14) folded perpendicularly toward the rear of the plate from two ends of the plate, a reinforcing beam(22) projected to the rear center of the plate to be parallel to each flange, guide wings(24,26) formed on the facing sides of the flanges and the reinforcing beam to be projected in the longitudinal direction of the plate, and a sound insulating space(30) formed to the inside of the plate to cut off noise and provided with many partitions to increase durability of the plate. The sound absorbing member is attached to the rear of the plate to cut off noise together with the plate and composed of a sound absorbing sheet made with sponge materials having excellent sound absorbing capacity, and a sound absorbing plate(50) made with synthetic resins such as plastic materials or flame retardant composite plastic materials having excellent sound absorbing capacity, provided with a space to fix the sound absorbing sheet and inserted to a guide formed in the space between each guide wing and the rear of the plate.
