A separation or concentration method of phosphonate or phosphate group containing material is provided to effectively separate or concentrate phosphorylated protein/peptide or phosphate group containing DNA/RNA by using meso-porous titanium dioxide structural material. The method is to separate or concentrate phosphonate or phosphate groups containing materials by using meso-porous titanium dioxide materials. An analysis process includes the steps of separating or concentrating the phosphonate or phosphate groups containing materials by using the meso-porous titanium dioxide materials; then analyzing the materials through mass spectrometry using MALDI-TOF or LC-MS/MS. The materials subjected to the separation or concentration are phosphated protein or peptide, and/or DNA or RNA containing phosphate groups. The meso-porous titanium dioxide is prepared by blending titanium dioxide nano-particles with non-ionic polymeric solution to form paste; and heating the paste after applying the paste to a constant structure. |
