A device and a method for manufacturing a mesh sieve of a vibrating separator are provided to increase sorting efficiency by keeping a mesh plate in a tensioned state and to extend the life time of the mesh sieve by filling a gap between the mesh plate and a frame with a buffer material and making the mesh plate double. The device for manufacturing a mesh sieve of a vibrating separator by attaching a mesh plate(104) to a frame(102) is composed of a square work table(10); support bars(20) installed inside the work table to place the frame of the mesh sieve; and vices(30) installed at four corners of the work table to fix the edge of the mesh plate. One of the vices facing each other is horizontally moved toward both inner and outer sides. |
